From stressed out lawyer who ran away from the court room to discover my purpose and passion I travelled and explored Indian and yogic spiritual traditions and studied with enlightened masters, mastering ancient sacred practices.

My life transformed. I taught Laughter Yoga in several countries with the founder of Laughter Yoga, Dr Madan Kataria (known as "The Laughter Guru"), gained vast experience and became expert in helping people shift from feeling overwhelmed and stressed to light, inspired, happy and uplifted

For 25 years I have taught individuals and groups around the world, speaking at conferences and teaching and inspiring lawyers and professionals to become immune to stress, find their passion and purpose and bring more joy into life, helping humanity using their unique gifts.

My client's transform through mentoring, on line programs and Spiritual Retreats in India.

I have delivered training and keynote presentations at hospitals, insurance companies, schools, law firms, banks, community organisations and presented at conferences in Australia, USA, UK, South Africa, New Zealand and India.

When we started I was not in a good space at all… around or just above zero out of ten. My mind was totally preoccupied with my unpleasant incidents of last week.
